Raw Material
-
Natural Rubber (NR)
Extremely high flexibility, fatigue resistance, shear strength and tear strength. Excellent elongation at break. Temperature range -70°C/+80°C. Resistant to seawater, acids and bases of medium concentration.
-
Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR)
Superior resistance to oils, heat and aging. Good mechanical properties. Low compression set and low gas permeability. Temperature range -50°C/+130°C. Mineral oils, hydrocarbons, water, steam, gas, vegetable oils.
-
Ethyl Acrylate Copolymer (ACM)
Oil and temperature resistance superior to NBR. Temperature range -40°C/+165°C. Aliphatic oils, heat, oxygen and ozone.
-
Silicone Rubber (MQ, VMQ, PVMQ)
It has very good heat resistance. It is also very good in electrical insulation. It has good resistance to ozone, mineral oils and carbon. Against this, the possibility of deformation is high due to its low wear resistance. Temperature range -60°C/+225°C. It has low resistance to concentrated acids, alkalis, petroleum oils and fuels, and hot steam.
-
Fluorocarbon Rubber (FKM)
It is used in high temperature, high speed environments and crank seals. Temperature range -30°C/+220°C. Resistant to most greases, oils, fuels, solvents and chemicals.
-
Ethylene Propylene Rubber (EPM, EPDM)
Very good resistance to heat, atmospheric agents and aging. Low brittle temperature. Temperature range -60°C/+150°C. Good resistance to aggressive chemicals and oxidation.
-
Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR)
General purpose, cost-effective enough. Good resistance to brake fluids. Temperature range -40°C/+100°C. Slightly superior to NR.
-
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) (Teflon)
It is a plastic material resistant to almost all chemical substances used in industry. It has usage areas between -260°C and 260°C. Friction coefficient is the lowest solid material. It is non-adhesive, non-lubricated bearing material. Some types are very good electrical insulators. According to the application area, pure, glass fiber, carbon, graphite, bronze, molybdenum sulfide PTFE is used.
-
Polyamide (PA)
It is known as nylon. Its friction and wear properties are very good. Temperature range -20°C/+90°C. Resistant to oils, fuels, esters, ketones.
-
Hydrogenated Nitrile Rubber (HNBR)
Excellent abrasion resistance. Good clamping system and setup assistant. Temperature temperature -40°C/+150°C. From mineral oils, hydrocarbons, water, steam, gas, vegetable oils.
